Mindful Monday - "Not Empty!"
Shout out to all of you, hope you are doing well. It has been a while since I've posted and with all everyone has been through over the past 2 years we send out love and support. I have a fuller update in the works on our activities and will post shortly. But during the COVID months Emma and I started a business called Thunderbird Performance. Part of this work was the creation and production of a podcast called the "Hidden Pearls Podcast." I have also been doing a weekly post (via IG/Twitter/LinkedIn) we call "Mindful Monday." This is a short reflection on the practices of mindfulness and meditation, which is the foundation of all of our efforts in Thunderbird Performance, which includes yoga, mobility, breath work, Mindful Awareness & Performance (a mental prep program for athletes), and all the rest.
